Sealcoating

In addition to asphalt repair and paving, we offer seal coating to help protect your asphalt as well as maintain its integrity and strength by slowing down the oxidation process. With our specialized seal coating machine, we have two ways to apply the asphalt sealant by squeegee or spraying. This process improves speed and quality of the sealcoating job. If your pavement is not black, it needs sealcoating.

Cracks and alligatering allow moisture into the foundation. As cold weather sets in the water freezes and causes cracks and potholes to become larger and more expensive to repair. A site assessment can help you spot these problems early.
